Privacy Policy

This page is maintained by the AGUM-BUKUMA Community youth executive to explain how personal details submitted through this registration app are handled.

What we collect

  • Your full name, sex, age, compound and phone number, submitted by you at registration.
  • Your contribution and payment status, including monthly dues records.
  • Technical details attached to payment attempts — IP address and the country reported by our hosting network — used only to detect fraudulent activity.

Why we use it

To maintain the community youth roster, confirm you are registered only once, track monthly contributions, and contact you about community matters. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.

Who can see it

The full roster is visible only to signed-in community administrators. Administrator accounts are protected by a password, a temporary lockout after repeated failed sign-in attempts, and two-factor authentication using an authenticator app.

Payments

Payments are processed by Flutterwave. Card and bank details are entered on Flutterwave's own secure checkout and are never stored by this app. We keep only the payment status, amount and transaction reference.

Security and monitoring

Records are stored in an access-controlled database with row-level access rules. Payment attempts are monitored in real time for unusual volume (velocity checks) and unusual locations, and suspicious attempts are flagged for administrator review or blocked.

How long we keep it

Registration and contribution records are kept for as long as you remain part of the community register. Fraud-monitoring logs are kept for operational security review and removed when no longer needed.

Your choices

You may ask us to view, correct or delete your registration record at any time by contacting a community administrator. Deleting your record removes you from the roster and from dues tracking.

Consent

By ticking the consent box on the registration form, you agree to your details being stored and used as described above. Registration is voluntary.
